“ They have very updated songs! The touch screen system is very easy to use by entering initials, you can search songs in 1 second! The staff is patient enough to show us how to search songs. We were a group of 8 and some of us ordered drinks, but the front desk lady was so nice to calculate how much/person for us, saving us times, and letting us know she included 10% tips. (Lol 10% only?! We were planing to tip 15%. Coz last time we went to another ktv, their staff asked for 15% minimum even though we tipped 12%!). In some reviews here some people might think the staff just bring them to the room, change batteries, and then do nothing, so they refused to tip, or feeling angry by being asked to tip. In my opinion the staff totally deserve the 10% tips coz we saw them work hard to clean and sanitize every room after guests leave. We all know it’s a hard time for the service industry during Covid, those who doesn't want to tip at all, why don’t you just stay at home to save some bucks? ”
